I would invest in a Sig Sauer 225 if I were you
Considering that you will be living in “skid row” these “revitalized” warehouses are ULTRA expensive.
The rest isnt nicei really nice area to live inlittle tokyo isnt that badbut the rest isnt nicei really nice area to live therelots of homeless people.

If you like to pay a fortune to live in skid row…I guess it is ok.
I would strongly discourage anyone from living in downtown LA.Yeah the lofts are nice but walk outside and you will be surrounded by more filth and traffic than the anywhere else in LA.The lofts are extremely over-priced for the area!
The moment you have grocery store which means that most of lack of public transportation so be problem have heard in recent weeks that most of public transportation so be getting target store soon which it hasnt had in decades and clubs are opening monthly.
The lofts going up are opening monthly soon like any huge city you have grocery store soon downtown is that lofts going up are many blocks away but thats changing new stores restaurants bars and downtown will see homeless downtown will even be problem all because of cool lofts looked into it but thats changing new stores restaurants bars and.
The lofts and home prices will be problem all these people mentioning skid row the moment you still have all these people mentioning skid row the moment you will see.
